His entrepreneurial background includes co-founding Acclaim Technology Group, LLC in 2007, launching CultureMatchup.com in 2010, and co-founding HyphaMed, LLC in 2023 where he focuses on providing strategic advisory services, emphasizing the importance of operational efficiency and effective fundraising best practices for non-profit organizations.
In addition to providing ongoing strategic support to various non-profit organizations, Aaron is the Executive Director of Austin-based Radiant Hearts Collective (RHC), a mental health nonprofit he helped launch in 2024. RHC is dedicated to fostering psychoeducation, co-counseling support, and holistic mental health accessibility for those most in need and least able to afford it.
Entrepreneurial Experience
- In 2007 Aaron co-founded Acclaim Technology Group, LLC. A New York City based technology consultancy with a focus on providing services and support to the legal industry. As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Aaron was responsible for the overall skill set expertise delivered to clients and overseeing the company's strategic services. He was also in charge of leading business development efforts and responsible for the identification and growth of partnerships and product offerings that leverage the company’s core competencies.
- In 2010 Aaron conceptualized, developed, and launched an event based online social platform, CultureMatchup.com, catering to the non-profit performing arts community and acting as a profit-generating fundraising tool for non-profit arts organizations.
- In 2023 Aaron co-founded HyphaMed, LLC, a consultancy that supports early-stage non-profit organizations. HyphaMed provides affordable and custom-tailored growth strategies as well as value oriented educational initiatives that are designed to build a suitable and stable launch pad for any young organization seeking to make a difference and improve human lives.
Corporate Sector Experience
- 1997 - 2003: Key roles in organizational management and team leadership at various multinational organizations including MeadWestvaco Corporation and White & Case LLP where he led efforts ranging from being directly responsible for various aspects of resource management to developing and implementing strategy to advance business objectives.
- 2003 - 2007: Head of technology (IT Director) for Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., New York City's largest law firm specializing exclusively in real estate matters. Aaron was directly accountable for overseeing all facets of maintaining a 24/7 information technology backbone and managing a sophisticated user ecosystem with elevated expectations. He executed long-term strategic planning and budgeting, led resource allocation, disaster recovery, and business continuity contingencies. Aaron provided team leadership and effectively communicated with C-suite executives. Additionally, he spearheaded vendor negotiations, persuading practice group leaders while adeptly navigating executive-level scrutiny within his jurisdiction.
