Aaron is a successful entrepreneur and a management and business operations enthusiast with a life-long commitment to community service and driving social change. Aaron’s passion for public service and social impact work began at an early age. While in high school, he joined the local volunteer medical squad in his native Brooklyn, NY, where he quickly became involved in organizing fundraising activities to support the organization's operational readiness and its emergency response capabilities.
His commitment to philanthropy continued throughout his youth by becoming involved in various causes including nonprofit tech initiatives and several civic campaigns. In 2010, Aaron founded the digital philanthropic fundraising venture, CultureMatchup.com, designed to connect arts patrons with nonprofit arts organizations while simultaneously creating fundraising opportunities for nonprofits in the performing arts space.
In addition to CultureMatchup, Aaron's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding Acclaim Technology Group in 2006, and co-founding HyphaMed in 2023 where he focuses on providing strategic advisory services, emphasizing the importance of operational efficiency and effective fundraising best practices for nonprofit organizations.
Aaron served as the Executive Director of Austin-based Radiant Hearts Collective, a mental health nonprofit he helped launch in 2024. Aaron currently holds the role of Managing Director for the national nonprofit, Americans for Ibogaine, where he's tasked with leading the organization's strategic direction, program development, and stakeholder engagement to advance its mission and national impact.
Aaron brings a “roll up my sleeves” attitude and business-minded approach to running nonprofit organizations; combining personal grit, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and financial acumen to drive success and to ensure meaningful and metric-oriented outcomes.
