Stacy Irvington

Stacy is HyphaMed’s Director of Client Experience.  Her goal is to ensure a seamless, high-quality client journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement. 

She serves as the key point of coordination for client needs, communication, follow-through, and service delivery.  Stacy helps ensure clients feel informed, supported, and well cared for throughout their engagement, while also working behind the scenes to monitor client progress, analyze engagement outcomes and identify areas that may need attention. 

Stacy grew up in Carmel, Indiana and holds a B.F.A from Southern Methodist University. She resides in Brooklyn, NY and is also a playwright and musical theater enthusiast.
